Description |
Goldtone metal round pin awarded for perfect attendance for two years at Mallinckrodt High School. The pin is round with an undulating edge. The pin is made of goldtone metal. On the front, in relief is a laurel branch at top, in a glossy finish. Below the branch is a banner into which has been etched: "PERFECT ATTENDANCE." Off to the left is a rolled scroll atop a stack of books. Glowing light rays emanate from a lit lantern atop the books. On the right: "30 / '34." Inscribed on reverse: "THE MALLINCKRODT / MARY M. DE MARCO." There is a vertically placed stick pin with thumb closing also on reverse. Mary and Veronica DeMarco were sisters who attended Mallinckrodt High School in the 1930s.
