Description |
Set of architectural blueprints for a house at 919 Harvard Lane. Printed along the bottom of the first or top drawing are the words: "Residence for Mr. & Mrs. Wm. Salmen, Jr. / Harvard / Wilmette, Illinois / Bldg. #5155 / Dwg. #1 / Ivan R. Peterson / Architect / Glenview 4-1326". Drawing #1 (part A) shows the North Elevation and the West [Front] Elevation. Drawing #2 (part B) shows South Elevation and East Elevation. Drawing #3 (part C) shows Basement Plan and First Floor Plan. Drawing #4 (part D) shows Plot Plan, Typical Window, and Future Second Floor Plan. The drawings have notations on them in brown pencil "919 Harvard written in black pencil on back of drawing #4. There is also a stamp from the Village of Wilmette approving the plans, dated April 24, 1952 and signed by the Village Building Commissioner. |
