Description |
Set of architectural blueprints for a house at 504 Linden Avenue. Printed across the bottom of the first or top drawing are the words: "Residence to be built on Linden Avenue near Fifth Street - Wilmette - Illinois / Stanley M. Peterson - Architect - Wilmette - Illinois." Four drawings total stapled together at left and all dated November 28,1940. There is a white sticker on the stapled binding, the label reads, "blue printed by Cushing & Co. / 10 N. Clark St / Chicago". Drawing #1 (part A) shows the basement floor plan, the plot plan, and details about the kitchen cabinets. Drawing #2 (part B) shows the First Floor Plan and the Second Floor Plan. Drawing #3 (part C) shows the South (Front) Elevation, the East Elevation. Details of Bay Window Head, and Details of Second Story. Drawing #4 (part D) shows the North Elevation, West Elevation, Garage and Porch Cornice, Stair Detail, Fireplace Detail, and Full Size Interior Trim. Pencilled on the back of the set of drawings is "504 Linden". This house was built and still exists as of 2020. |
