Description |
The Masonic officer jewel for the Chaplain, made of a light silver metal and attached to a blue rope lanyard. The Chaplain's symbol is a representation of the Holy Bible. The primary duty of the Chaplain is to lead prayer before and after the lodge meeting and to say grace before lodge dinners. In some lodges, the position is filled by a clergyman who is a brother of the lodge. |
